Throughout our mental health journeys, we thought we were the only ones dealing with symptom management, therapy sessions, medication changes and the like. We believed we were the only ones in the world navigating intrusive thoughts, unrelenting anxiety and the shame of having a mental illness diagnosis.

That’s why we created Illuminate Ohr, to ensure that every teen and young adult struggling with mental illness in our community feels supported and understood. Through providing peer support, mentorship and hand- holding in the hardest times, Illuminate Ohr offers a understanding and warm support network so that every teen and young adult knows that despite her mental health obstacles, she is not alone!
